Have been coming here myself for years for my daughter and myself. I love everything about this place. Attention to detail, customer service, and execution. I totally recommend going to them for your hair needs and even to get your brows waxed. Thank you guys for such great work always!

I enjoyed my visit and she did a very good job on my haircut. She completely understood what I was going for. Very welcoming and comfortable space to be. Communication was great and relatively quick response time to any questions I had. Experience was a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend.
If I could give a no star I would. Called about 5 times within the past 2 weeks to get try and get an appointment. Was greeted by who I assume is “Ella” in a very negligent attitude. She didn’t give a single date nor time to schedule an appointment. She then proceeded to say “we will reach out by text with dates and times”. It’s been over 18 hours since that was said. Ella Hair Loft is a wonderful salon with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Andrea did an amazing job with both my color and haircut—the results turned out beautiful! I’m so happy with my hair and highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a talented hairstylist.
