I Like the Fact that they answered My Email, maybe NOT My Questions but they did reply, They are better than some Dealerships Who some dont respond at all..
Responded via email with an automated message saying vehicle was still available but did not answer the additional questions I had asked online.
The communication was excellent. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase the vehicle. Another lucky customer bought it the next day. I'm an out of state customer.
It is really a one-man dealership and I liked the owner. I would buy a car from him. We did not purchase this car because we found a 'unicorn', a TrailBlazer with less mileage and a lower price, driven by a little old lady who kept it maintained perfectly. It became available that day and there were five appointments for the car. We were lucky enough to be the first.
Although we couldn't agree on a price, the dealer was very respectful
