I honestly was concerned, my daughter was flying in from Iowa and we live in Truth or Consequences. Not sure how it would go. At first I thought the selection was limited, but the service was unbelievable. Edna made my daughter feel so confident and she was able to share how she felt without feeling like she was making a mistake. We visited 3 more places and the service did not meet the expectations after meeting Edna. Me encantó su atención y su amabilidad para ayudar ha encontrado vestido.
What an amazing experience! Every one was so friendly, and it was so nice to have a professional to help me every step of the way! Great selection of dresses and the fitting rooms are huge! I could've fit my entire bridal party in there! The complementary wine and tote bag were also so nice! Ill defintley recommend to future brides!

I went to 7 or 8 bridal stores and I found my gown here! Honestly-i think it was because I worked with Crystal. She was the sweetest sales associate who gave me exactly what i was looking for, recommended great options, honest about options that were not in my budget (and I ended up buying above my budget!) and wasn't pushy at all! I looked all over el paso and Houston and a lot of the stores I went to had this attitude of *we are so elite, and you better have a million dollars to work with us* The dressing rooms are pretty ... read more
Amazing service and attention to detail! My girls were very happy with the prom dresses they selected.
Beware. Unethical, lied to cover up their incompetence. Still waiting for them to correct the issue. My wife has tried numerous times to get issue resolved. Lies upon lies. They never order wife’s dress lied about it. Called several times to get confirmation. Two weeks before daughters wedding wife called to follow up on dress and they still forgot, made excuses and gave different stories of why dress was not here so wife had to get dress elsewhere. They still have our deposit and continue to lie about correcting issue.
