LA PEOR DECISIÓN COMPRAR VESTIDO AQUÍ! Pésima atención, no tienen políticas de compras, hicieron que toda la experiencia fuera mala, son despotas, MENTIROSAS y groseras todas las que atienden ahí (Marcela, Sofía y la mamá de Sofía -las dueñas-).

I love this store but be careful, the Store ladies are super nice and helpful, I was offered mimosas and they will help you while you’re shopping, they will definitely encourage you to buy everything but BEWARE!!!! ⚠️ they don’t do returns, so whatever you decide to buy think twice... changing your mind is not an option here and at the best you’ll end up with store credit.... there is no notice about this on the receipt or at the Store...

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I was lucky to have Crystal during my first ever dress shopping experience. I told her exactly what I envisioned. She pulled 5 dresses (all of which met my expectations) and blew me away with the last pick. She was so in tune with my non verbal cues. She is nothing short of AMAZING. The entire team has been lovely to work with. I live in Dallas so purchasing a dress in El Paso was daunting given that I knew I would need multiple appts for alterations, etc. They have been so flexible... read more
