the nail polish literally slid off on my way to the car and instead of fixing it, they said I could wait for an appointment in an hour and a half or repaint it myself... rude staff. I had to repaint my own nail at the front desk.

I came from out of town for my best friends wedding and the bride, mom of the bride, and myself went for a mani/pedi & massages. Beautiful salon and amazing service! I typically have really dry cracked feet/heels. No matter what I do, give it a few days, it goes back to usual. I get a pedi here at home and same thing it’ll look great a few days and then back to normal— dry cracked heels and it’s quite uncomfortable during the summer. It was my first visit to Ella Bliss Beauty Bar. Y’all did not disappoint!! Very friendly staff and very clean!!
I went in with a terrible back cramp that I couldn't work out by myself; Mario worked so hard to help me feel better! It had been impossible for me to crack my back for almost a week and, after he worked on me, I was able to crack it that evening a little while after I got home.
