I read some of the reviews because myself and a couple girlfriends wanted to check out this place and see what it was about. I came across some really bad reviews and took the liberty of doing some research about the company myself, and what I found absolutely appalled me. Beautiful setting unlike typical nail salons - like the welcome and offer of a drink - a very enjoyable experience
I’ve had a membership for a year and call more than a week in advance and can never make an appointment. They seem like they are super understaffed. One of the three times I was able to get in, during the year I’ve had the membership I asked if I could add a manicure to my services and the technician took off my dip mani and then told me she didn’t have time to do the manicure but wanted to charge me for the removal. Melissa did an amazing job!! I did the deluxe pedi and manicure with shellac and it has been over 2 weeks and my nails still look GREAT NO LIFTING OR PEELING!!! Definitely ask for her if you go here she is the best!!!
