My review comes as I move out of state. Moving is a chore. But I am nothing short of amazed by how helpful and supportive the management has been through this transition. They put people over property, care over cost, and genuinely let you know how valued you are. Elkridge Estates is a first class experience. We love Elkridge Estates in no small measure owing to the staff's unwavering professionalism and dedication to the original altruistic vision of its founders. Elkridge Estates has been my home now for over 3 years. I recently resigned my lease for the 3rd time. There are countless things that I love about Elkridge Estates and the community. For one, all of the staff members are of the highest quality. Between the office staff, maintence crew, and security team, all team members have gone above and beyond for the residents. I love Elkridge Estates apartment living. The rooms are generously sized and proportioned. The number and size of windows maximizes views and natural lighting. Management is very responsive to requests for maintenance or repairs, even to include replacing ceiling light bulbs in the dining room and bedrooms.
