Cut your hand off to prevent you from calling EFCU if you even think they are a good option for a home loan. The ball was dropped so many times that they had to send the loan and documents to another lender. What a crap show

Nothing but problems with the online banking. Changed my password worked 1 time now am locked out again. They need a tech that knows how to fix the problems.

I am not happy on a long holiday weekend, Labor Day. I went to get money out of my account only to be told that my card was expired. Mind you I just got an activated this card the other day it expires December 2021. It is nonsense that the new chip cards are telling everyone they are expired. I am not the only person this happened to in fact there was a line of cars at the drive-through with the same issue.
