Horrible experience, everytime I went I wasn’t numbed enough! Dr Patel is extremely rude and unreliable! I was scheduled for an appointment and they told me I wasn’t luckily I kept the appointment card to prove I had that time slot. Patel has continuously sent the wrong information about my care which has caused a ton of confusion and problems. I’ve lost a tooth because she’s refused to do the crown after she referred me to get a root canal!
I took my grandkids to disestablishment to get dental work done. The dentist was overly aggressive with both of my grandkids one boy 13 and one girl 16. The 13-year-old they kicked me out of the room because they knew I would stick up for my grandkids and I would not allow them to be rude and disrespectful to them. If I would have been in the room with this dentist and this assistant I probably would have slugged them for the way they were treating my grandson and my granddaughter I did not appreciate the stories but both of... read more
