Poor follow and no attention to detail. Had a consult on April 1st, scheduled a procudure that required preperation ahead of time. They gave me printed instructions that were copies of copies and no longer readable. Called the afernoon befor procedure to get time slot. They did not bother to tell me they cancilled it cause the doctor that contracted with th VA left. Poor follow up and give a crap. They blamed the VA for not letting me know...the appointment was set up and scheduled through them.
Elko community physician group has some of the best office personnel and nurses that elko,nv has in the area. Very knowledgeable,respectful and make the process extremely easy and less stressful. Dr Andrew Roger's and his staff are amazing and would rate them a 10
