RecommendedWe rented a dumpster on Friday supposed to been picked up the following Friday called to have picked up on Monday they ended up picking it up on a Wednesday before Monday brought one back out the following day. Things got a little confusing but they straightened it out and I suggest them out to anyone they are perfect. Awesome service Thanks
Elkins Waste Management, SMH. We just finished our first billing cycle with them, they did not pick our trash up last week and this week they came a day late. Not a big deal usually and I understand things come up but the reason they came a day late this week was to retrieve our trash can when we weren't expecting them. They are canceling service because they say that our road is too bumpy. They cancelled our service with no notice not even the courtesy of a phone call. Excellent service
For the past few weeks they have left bags of garbage behind that was clearly ready for pickup.
I would recommend Elkins Services. They have great prices. If we could rate with a 10 Star I would. Before I had Elkins I had Rumpke Services and was paying $50.00 a month for their services. And so far I have never seen a price hike like Rumpke does. Thank You Elkins for your services.
