RecommendedI have a certain man who’s on my route for Elkins Waste Service....& it never fails...if I have forgotten to put my trashcan out, he ALWAYS comes and gets it for me and takes it back! He waves to my daughter every Friday and gives her all the big thrills with their “big truck”. You can tell he’s a hard worker and very pleasant to be around. Just want to say how much my grandson loves to watch the truck come up the street and how awesome it is that the 2 guys who run our route In Lucasville always take time to wave at and say hi to him
Awesome guys working for Elkins! Went above and beyond and went out back to retrieve my trash cans which was really appreciated. Very polite and professional and they deserve recognition!
Have use 15 roll off boxes with no issues, BUT NOT NOW, they came and took my 40 yard dumpster with only siding in it, with out my calling, I confronted the office to no avail, says new policy. WHAT A JOKE. they got my last $450,, go to harts sanitation. its cheaper $425 and they will not pull your dumpster without u calling. Just another company trying to make extra during pandemic.

Worst I have ever had in the city of Raceland!!!!!
Called to ask a question about the change in pick up service and was met by a rude employee who ultimately hung up on me. I understand we are in the midst of a pandemic but adding a photo of a letter about the changes to a Facebook page and not notifying customers is unprofessional. Still seems like we’ve paid the same this month for less service.
