I was down in Omaha visiting and needed a weight lifting gym for a day. This place is exactly what I was looking for. I contacted Jesse (the owner) ahead of time and he gave me a very reasonable day pass price and was super friendly. He has all the weights, barbells, and racks you would need as well as personal training and nutritional guidance. Not to mention the atmosphere has very good vibes. Fantastic private gym with every piece of equipment you could need.
Jesse is a great trainer. He has done an excellent job motivating our son and getting him fit. His gym has a good variety of equipment. The gym is very clean and private. We recommend it to everyone.
Jesse has been fantastic working with my kiddos on strength training! My boys have learned a lot and look forward to going. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking into finding a great place for their kids to start a love of lifting and working out!
Jesse is very knowledgeable and great at coaching you through the workouts he writes. I went from not wanting to go to the gym cause of no results to actually looking forward to the gym and my workouts.
