Our 11 year old and 13 year old joined Kruse Fitness in May. They work out 3x a week and love it!! They are always excited to go and sad if we have to miss. Jesse does such a great job supporting, teaching, and challenging them. Both kids have made exceptional gains in strength and overall fitness. If you're looking for a high-quality program for you or your child, this is it!

I was down in Omaha visiting and needed a weight lifting gym for a day. This place is exactly what I was looking for. I contacted Jesse (the owner) ahead of time and he gave me a very reasonable day pass price and was super friendly. He has all the weights, barbells, and racks you would need as well as personal training and nutritional guidance. Not to mention the atmosphere has very good vibes.
