Quantity destroys quality. Ever since they built that eye sore of a new bank, where the ground floods, this institution has turned into every other "big bank". Lack of clarity, customer care, and a lower quality product. Maybe if they would quit worrying about changing their mobile app they could actually be half as good as they used to be.
