Now, they don't answer the phone, they don't return phone calls, and the banking officers give vague feedback. If you have a mental handicap, they will take advantage of you. I stopped using them when they ended up taking money out of my account without my knowledge. After talking to a manager they finally gave back the money, but if I didnt bring it up, they'd just close out my account. And later when I was there with a family member to open an account they would not open an account with them even though they had money. Weird way to bank, never going back.
