We updated our 22yr old Trane with a new Trane heat pump system from Elkhorn. Quoting and communication were prompt and pricing was competitive. The install team was just awesome! It was a long day for them getting the old system out and the new one in and set up. Great team work with Mark, Brandon, JP and Miguel! They were on time, friendly and professional. Our experience with Andrew Mares from Elkhorn Electric was five stars from start to finish! We had a light post made of wood that was rotting out of the ground, and our options were to either ditch it or upgrade. Because we used it for holidays and loved tying a balloon to it for the kid's birthdays, we decided to redo it with a brick post. Elkhorn HVAC service was exceptional! Alex came by the same day that I called for service and thoroughly evaluated our system. Time was of the essence, as I was leaving the state, and Justin and the entire Elkhorn team stepped in and had our system replaced the following day! This company is transparent, trustworthy, and offers very competitive pricing. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and reassuring.
