Our experience with Andrew Mares from Elkhorn Electric was five stars from start to finish! We had a light post made of wood that was rotting out of the ground, and our options were to either ditch it or upgrade. Finally, a plumber I trust. Alec from Elkhorn is amazing. Effectively communicated in advance to ensure he had all the materials and to let me know when he would arrive. After his prompt arrival he explained what he was going to do, jumped in and it was clear within minutes that he knew exactly was he was doing. In a very short amount of time, he was done, explained how everything worked, offered suggestions to ensure the equipment lasted as long as possible, cleaned up and left behind a very satisfied customer.

Elkhorn recently installed a new heater in my home. I’d never used Elkhorn before but I decided to use them based on the estimator’s thorough assessment of my situation and their price was very competitive. They arrived on time, the team was professional and very proficient. Called Mary at 8:00 am because I had no power in my dining room and outside lights. I needed service as soon as possible as I was going out of town for an extended period. They were able to get Jack out by 2:00 although their first appointment was not for 3 days. Jack was able to find the problem quickly and did the repair. I had Elkhorn install an entire HVAC system and water heater that I love in March. I would recommend them for any mechanical needs you have. Their customer service is excellent.

Just had a new range hood installed by Elkhorn and could not be happier. From start to finish, Kevin, Bryan, and Andrew worked incredibly hard to complete the duct work and electrical work required for the installation. They were communicative, timely, and the pricing was very fair. We’re relieved to have found a company we trust to take care of these very important parts of our house moving forward!
