Very caring staff. Have gone there for the last 7 years. Had our first experience saying good bye to a family member weeks ago, our cat of 14 years. Staff made this very sad moment as easy as possible.
I have taken both of my Shih-Tzu's to Elkhorn Animal Hospital for 10 years. Today, I called with an emergency with my Shih-Tzu's eye, something not to mess around with and was told they could not help until maybe next week, quite disappointing that a loyal customer and sweet dog could not be accommodated. Thankfully we found a NEW vet to get her in within 50 min of my call to them, and we will not be taking our dogs to them exclusively. We just went here for the first time. Dr. Michelle was very warm and caring. Our dog even warmed up to her. At our previous vet, she barked at him in high alert the entire time. It's so great to find a vet you and your puppy feel comfortable with. We have a bit of an emotional / slow to trust puppy, so this was incredible. She was even quiet on the entire ride home, which never happens. Thank you!
Everyone at this clinic is awesome. Treat you like family & provide the absolute best care ever for our doggies.
