I want to thank everyone at the clinic for taking such good care of this sweet old boy! He has been going there since he was 4 months old. He turned 14 today so that’s proof what good care he’s been getting❤️ Special thanks to Dr. Danielle for caring so much about him!
Dr Jones as well as the other doctors there are amazing. They make you and your pet feel as part of their family. They counseled me through the treatment options for my old lab, recommended me to specialists as needed. Now they are taking care of my two new puppies. Can't go wrong!
Dr. Nickerson and Dr. Jones are absolutely amazing. Their staff is so friendly and reassuring when my dog had an emergency. The doctors kept me updated often, got us in on top of their full schedule twice in one week, and took amazing care of my pup. Every time I go in this place they always know my dogs name and that always makes me feel so comfortable. Carla (front desk) is always so friendly and helpful and Courtney was so affectionate towards my dog that I had no doubt she was well taken care of when I had to leave her. ... read more
Recommended5 Stars The doctors and staff are all wonderful here They are understanding and compassionate with my for babies I just recently lost my Duke and Dr Jones was there with me to help me make the difficult decision. it was her kind words and compassion that help me help my boy cross over.
RecommendedWonderful care. I’ve now taken 3 dogs to Dr. Koppold and she clearly loves them so much. When we had to say goodbye to our first fur baby the whole staff was all so kind and even sent us a sympathy card. The staff feels like family every time we come in the door.
Even though I was extremely disappointed by the person at the front desk I spoke to about a week ago over the phone regarding overseas travel papers needed for my dog since she did not give me any useful information and when I got to the hospital this morning turned out that I needed a lot more things done in advance! Dr. Stephanie Brownfield took everything very seriously and everything was done in no time! Cannot THANK YOU enough Dr. Brownfield You were amazing! All the best to you!
I love Dr. Koppold is awesome and I will always take my two dogs to see her. She cried with my family when our first dog died, my family will always remember her support for us.
If I could rate this place lower, I would. How can a veterinarian, with any conscience, refuse to offer opinions based upon experience or education without running battery after battery of test? Instead of offering any kind of helpful direction or suggestions, all they wanted to do was run test after test for our 15-year old dog. They even wanted to run tests to re-confirm something the test before told them was clear!!! The reason I was given was "...to rule out human error..." Are you kidding me!?!?! Thank you, Elkhorn Animal Hospital, for your loving care of our dog Moose! A while back Moose had a cluster seizure. You were under staffed that day and had an emergency in your office. You couldn't see him. You made sure he was okay and calmed me down, referred me where to take him if need be and saw us the next day. You have no idea how much your care is appreciated.
