This facility was the worst place I have went to receive care. The wait time was 4 hours (we were there for 5). With a wait like that, the place should start paying us wages. The receptionist forgot about us, which made us have to wait that much more. People would walk in, see that the situation was futile and leave. My family will NEVER go to Med Point at Ireland Road ever again. I'd rather take my chance at the ER. At least they are professionals.

Ok so Three Rivers Healthtrac decided to not have a lifeguard any more on the kids hours in the pool! I ask myself when are companies will understand that budget cuts over safety and customer service is a huge mistake Manager Russ Baster seems to be very proud of this non safety customer service oriented decision!!!

Do not go here. Unorganized and incompetent scheduling staff. On two separate occasions, I was more than disappointed by this facility. My first bad incident with this clinic, I was scheduled for an appointment, had to wait in the waiting room for almost two hours, was placed in a waiting room for the doctor, where I was forgotten about for another hour and a half until I left the room and sought out staff.
