Outstanding service. They were able to see me for an evaluation and remove a problem tooth in about a week. They take Indiana HIP as well. I am so thankful I went here. You also must check out the saltwater tank they have in their waiting room. It felt like I was on 5th avenue. I wish everyone could go here.
Had my 6 month clean. Hygienist was Debbie. She was conscious of my sensitivity and kept checking in to make sure I was doing ok. Office ran about 1/2 hour late that day - really first time I encountered that so I can’t complain. Things happen. That being said….if I am 10-15min late, my appt is cancelled and I’m charged $200. Just saying. Again, sometimes legitimate reasons happen and the office and patients can run late. I would like to see the charge policy go away.
Super friendly, very caring, went in for a 2nd opinion about braces for my daughter and as given honest insight. Not just in it for the money with my daughter’s teeth on the line. Affordable payment plan. My daughter has been comfortable every visit. And no teeth extractions.
I enjoying the staffs and Dr.Lee humor.
