Phone system all day says they are on the line assisting other customers.i drove there to find it closed. Phone service should say we are closed today and provide a number for emergency calls to an after hours doctor.
Staff was fantastic, but I was charged $150 for a Covid test, and billed at over $500/hr for the amount of time I was there. Check what your actual payment will be before accepting treatment. I was charged the full inflated insurance rate because I have a $3,000 deductible through work.
Just wanted to give 5 stars to Dr. Harley Yoder at Concord Family Medicine for the outstanding care he has given me. He has me taking phentermine 37.5mg tablet for weight loss and I lost 7 pounds on it at my most recent appointment with him 11/13/25. I want the Elkhart Clinic to know that I speak highly of him to alot of people on his professionalism as a doctor and his awesome work that he does with his patients in the office at Concord Family Medicine.
