Two stars because the facilities are not run down. Had a Dr break up with me for no real reason other than my case was too difficult. It took about 5 years, tons of tests, and three doctors to figure out my symptoms were allergies just to be terminated after it being solved. I saw a midwife and told her my symptoms and she was able to tell me right away what took the doctors here 5 years to solve. Editing my review to reflect 5 stars, but leaving my original comments below. Since the scheduling issues were resolved, the staff and doctors have been extremely helpful through what had been a difficult process. Scheduling with doctors working with/for Elkhart Clinic is one of the most egregious processes I've experienced in some time. For more than two weeks, I've called daily to schedule an appointment for my referral with a urologist. Everyday, it was a new voicemail and no calls back, except for today. Phone system all day says they are on the line assisting other customers.i drove there to find it closed. Phone service should say we are closed today and provide a number for emergency calls to an after hours doctor.
Staff was fantastic, but I was charged $150 for a Covid test, and billed at over $500/hr for the amount of time I was there. Check what your actual payment will be before accepting treatment. I was charged the full inflated insurance rate because I have a $3,000 deductible through work.
