Scheduling with doctors working with/for Elkhart Clinic is one of the most egregious processes I've experienced in some time. For more than two weeks, I've called daily to schedule an appointment for my referral with a urologist. Everyday, it was a new voicemail and no calls back, except for today. I finally get a call from the office, and they say they can't schedule because my doctor who sent my referral isn't listed as my PCP. Slow and get skipped
Took years to get the cancer diagnosis. Sent me for every test under the sun but did not scope my throat, gave up when I started choking. Told me to go to Elkhart general ER. I was treated like an addict cause I said trigger word "Pain" Sent to Indy by ENT @ Elk clinic with in 5 mins of being seen I was on my way to a emergency tracheostomy to save my life.
