A program to help out of control troubled teens The people at Elk River came to my son's rescue several years ago when he was spiraling out of control as a teenager. Because this facility is a safe, residential setting, we were able to immediately stop what would have been irreversible damage and begin the healing process. We continue to work the program six years later because Elk River taught us that recovery is a journey - not a destination.
