My mom moved in a year and a half ago and I have been extremely pleased with the whole experience. The staff and residents are very welcoming and supportive of my mom. The food is better than anything I can make. Becky is amazing and Amy the hairdresser goes above and beyond. My only concern is my mom has memory issues and forgets when she signs up for activities. Every resident has a portal. It would be helpful to have the activities she signs up for posted in her portal.
Elk Ridge has been an amazing experience for the last year and a half. The staff is always available and knowledgeable with any questions that I have asked and needed help with. Love the marketing team, Beckie and Shayla.They both take time to answer any questions and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. Our mom lived here for four years. I work in the senior care industry and I was impressed with the stability and care! Though there were plenty of opportunities to meet new people and participate with activities, unfortunately, our mom chose to stay in her room. Though she stayed to herself, the staff was still able to become friends with her! Thank you to all the staff at Elk Ridge, your care was amazing!
Shayla and Beckie the most amazing when it comes to hospitality and professional customer service. Everytime I come they make me feel like family and nothing less. I absolutely love coming here. The atmosphere is awesome.
My mother had to move into assisted living. We were assisted in locating a facility by Jenny Trebold with Oasis Senior living. One of her recommendations was Elk Ridge assisted living in Elkhorn, NE. Our initial contact was with Shayla O'Brien. We immediately felt welcomed to the facility. Shayla showed us the available apartment and we toured the building.
