I ordered a simple starter bolt online. Received the confirmation email right away with a message that I would receive another email when EG Subaru received the order, and when it was ready for pickup. 9 days later I get the email that the order was received, immediately followed by one that says it is ready for pickup. They clearly failed to initially process the order, but no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. My son picks up the order. Guess what I find when he gets home. Totally wrong part. Great service and close to Fresno
We've known the manager here, Kurt, for nearly 20 years now - since before he arrived at Subaru. Followed him here from his previous work site. They've always done a fabulous job for us on our vehicles, whether large or small. HIGHLY recommended!!!
