We came to Elk Grove Subaru. Ernest Gordon was our sales associate. He was very polite and respectful. He gave us a good deal and we are very happy with our purchase. If you decide to do business with Elk Grove Subaru. I highly recommend you ask for Ernest.
I ordered a simple starter bolt online. Received the confirmation email right away with a message that I would receive another email when EG Subaru received the order, and when it was ready for pickup. 9 days later I get the email that the order was received, immediately followed by one that says it is ready for pickup. They clearly failed to initially process the order, but no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. My son picks up the order. Guess what I find when he gets home. Totally wrong part.
