Steven helped me get an awesome deal on a barely used 2025 forester. I was super lucky to find a discounted listing online that was actually real! I'm honestly stoked on this dealership and would recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward process.
Told me to come in with an appointment to get the car I applied for. Long story short i wasted 4 hours at the dealer just for them to tell me what i already knew. Just a joke really they need to run all the checks before they tell you to come on down. Wasted a whole day and got nothing accomplished because of them. However, Modesto subaru is actually working with me to try and get me in a car. Go to Modesto Subaru not Elk Grove.
Terrible service department. Does not honor appointments
Keaton and Britt sold me an amazing car and had excellent customer service. I went with a 2024 Honda Civic (maybe next time I'll go Subaru, I learned a lot about them while waiting for financing) and I couldn't be happier. Service Department is horrible. If you tell them you aren't going to wait, they put you at the end of the service list even though you had a scheduled appointment!!
