These guys are very helpful. I have been buying and renting equipment for years from them and they have always been helpful and have great customer service.
I have to say the contrary. I have done multiple transactions with them over the past decade and have no issues. The last time, recently, I had a chain saw problem that I couldn't figure out. Took it in, they found the problem, and the price was reasonable.
I called looking for a piece of vibration plate compactor to rent. I was told they would hold for me for one hour. I arrived at your business within 20 minutes. Upon my arrival I was told the owner took that piece of equipment for a project at home. Inventory should have been checked before telling me it was available. My time was wasted. Not only that, but they didn't appear overly sorry about the mistake. They just asked for my phone number and said they would call me when it was returned.
