Calin customer service was a exceptional and so was finance and the managers everybody that helped me was wonderful they got me what I wanted at the price that I wanted beautiful car I'm happy
Excellent service. Maintenance done on a timely basis. There is no surprise on pricing. You pay what is quoted. Will not take my car anyplace else.
I worked remotely with Masihullah from Elk Grove Hyundai. He answered all my questioned about the vehicle and sent additional pictures I requested. By completing the finance application, the vehicle was held for me until I could arrive to finalize the cash deal. The sales manager and finance team were also professional and courteous. The whole team provided an excellent car buying experience.
Zach was fantastic to work with. He was supportive and patient through the whole transaction. Purchasing a car is a big transaction and he understood the importance of us being confident in our decision.
The sales team at Elk Grove Hyundai provided us a no-pressure experience for our second purchase from the same dealership. Caelin is a good communicator, Zach is knowledgeable and attentive, and Fernando is a personable negotiator -- thank you.
