Worst Buying Experience WOREST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This dealerships really brings the duchy used car sales men repuation to buying a new car. Vitor our sales men submitted my info to several banks with out my permission. They lost my down payment check twice and didnt deposit the check after having it for over two months. Everyone seems friendly but their very unorganized and have really shady sales people. I highly recommend looking else where.
Terrible, lying, rude people This is a reflection of the service department only. These guys are terrible. They do not care about your time and will lie to you to get you off their back. The manager is an unhappy, bitter person who will not be helpfull. I wish Folsom Dodge was closer.
