We recently went to Laura to trade our truck that we bought from Laura brand new. We are extremely disappointed. It is polar opposite of the experience we had when we bought our truck in 21. Buyers beware when dealing with this dealership. I called ahead and specifically priced out a demo vehicle using GM Employee Pricing. The dealership assured me they would honor the GM Employee discount and even apply an additional discount because the vehicle was a demo. However, when I received the actual numbers, the payment was nearly $200 more per month than another dealer quoted me on a brand-new vehicle with an MSRP that was over $6,000 higher. On February 27th, I brought my truck to the dealership for an oil change and to have a minor dimple in the driver seat inspected. On March 13th, the dealership replaced the seat cover, but the repair was not performed properly. When the truck was returned to me, the seat was severely deformed and in significantly worse condition than before. I purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate from Midway Dr Garlyn Shelton GMC from Lance Krakowian and Carlos. I only found out after the purchase that the truck already had 166 miles at time of purchase. I have had numerous problems with this vehicle and Lance said the vehicle was new when sold, which it wasn't. New vehicles have between 1 and 50 miles on the odometer with 5-15 miles being standard. I will get rid of this vehicle and not ever get another GMC product since this truck has a lot of electrical problems.... read more
Top of the line dealership! Keefer Buggle is a great representative of HH Buick/GM. He is very sincere and honest and goes above and beyond to extend the best customer service! Keefer is also very highly recommended by former clients.
I am very disappointed...a 2015 Buick Encore (Purchased new from Winegardner Buick) only requires 4.2 quarts of motor oil. Brandywine charged for over 6. An $89 oil change...which was advertised by email for my car Identified by its vin, turned into $40 more. My vehicle just recently had a wheel alignment. The car has no tire wear that would indicate it is mis-aligned and drives straight as an arrow with no hands on the wheel (Brandywine wanted to charge me for a wheel alignment).
