Purchased a 2024 Duramax from these guys. Rabbits ate the wiring to the tune of 20k of which they repaired. While being repaired, the trucks tags expired as it needed a smog certificate. I have since been unable to pass smog. Multiple times I have tested the truck. Their response is to tell me I may have to drive it up to 5000 miles for it to pass. This is about the service/parts department. I needed a chip or something for my onstar. The person I was dealing with told me it could take “a while” to get here. He was not helpful at all. Then “a while” passed and I don’t get any updates unless I text or call. I text and ask about updates and he says oh yes it came last week!! WTH! If I didn’t text I wouldn’t have known.
