Very dissapointed from audi dealership , they are very unknowledgable , Tim carlson who did my first car check up , i mentioned that car lane assistance doesnt keep the car centralized and the car keep braking sudden when spees limit change that was to cause me multiple accidents and he was too much confidence and rudeness said that its part if safety and cant be adjust audi driving assist is like that . Great service and even better communication. The advisor was very helpful and took care of everything including submitting the claim for the extended warranty service. Audi Elk Grove provided a loaner vehicle and let me return it when it was convenient for me. They also washed my vehicle before returning it to me. These are three very small things that help win my loyalty. I will return to Audi Elk Grove for years to come.
