The salesman. Dave M***, at Elk Grove Acura became impatient and obnoxious when I declined to share information about another offer. I came in to compare vehicle prices. I gave him my out-the-door price. He said my offer was way under what he could sell the vehicle for. I told him ok and tried to leave. He started to insist that I share the other dealer's offer. RecommendedStaff and Customer Service are great!
Worst dealership with the rudest employees. Joe M lied about service, hits on the females and this dealership deletes reviews. Not worth the time or money to come here
They let their employees treat the customers like crap and delete negative reviews. Can’t remove my review on yelp! And your employee joe morato was so very rude!
Is it common practice to let your employees be so rude? Joe M is the sole reason I will never be back and I will let all my friends and family know. He Played me like I’m completely stupid, and had the nerve to ask me out for a drink after?!!! Uh no! I won’t let you overcharge for service on my grandfathers car! Wise up EG Acura, seeing you let this kind of behavior go in previous posts in previous months just reaffirmed my decision to never come back to this dealership.
It’s funny how their employees are so brave behind the counter or texting crud (keeping this pg) but when my bf confronts the scumbag that was hitting on me. He’s a complete coward! Service boy Joe Morato, thx for showing ghetto can work at a nice building and/or dealership! When my lease is up this spring, Lexus or infinity IS looking like a definitive better option! #SorryNotSorry
Great customer service and fast turnaround
Service is horrible for a so called luxury brand. You’d think it was Paul Blanco and you didn’t pay 40K for a sedan. Product isn’t reliable and when there is a problem the fckn service department says they have bigger issues. Product and service is not on par with any other luxury brand. Even the front desk sound like they have RBF when they answer and have to transfer a call. Don’t call me now. It’s too late. My wife drives a Lexus now.
The attitude you receive is not worth it. Pricey but that’s fine. Joe Morato lied about service prices, never going back.
