I came in to Elk Grove Acura today pre-approved by my bank (which I only applied for a loan of 16K) knowing I would have money down. With hopes that I would be driving off in the Acura, I had already reviewed and test drove. I made it clear to the salesman that I did not want my credit ran and shopped to other lenders because my bank already had my terms in place. I don't like feeling like my business doesn't matter! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Bought my Acura from here and thought I'd get good service since I was a returning customer...nope! I'll never come back!
We bought a brand new Acura from here. Added extended warranty and GAp insurance. Went back 4 days later to cancel and they said they will cancel and credit the money back to our loan amount. We have been back to Acura 2-3 times to address this issue. We have been told it'll get take care of but it has not. It's now been 7-8 months.
RecommendedEasiest buying experience ever . They dropped a crazy amount off the price of a new MDX (way under invoice) and Sonny was straightforward and nice to deal with . We contemplated a Kia but the $5900 over MSRP and nasty taste and fishy handshake we received made it a no brainer I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EG Acura to family and friends . We had moldings added and service was good and gave me a rental while work was being performed.
