1 star is 1 more than Elk Grove Acura deserves. The Elk service department is quite lacking in customer service and the basic knowledge of Acura vehicles to make sufficient repairs. The work orders place false information as to the work completed. The service manager is a complete mess, refusing to do warranty work and recommending customers contact American Honda directly for help.
