Comfy beds. Pool was fun. Hot tub was nice! Super helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast ok. No elevator to get to second floor. Love the fact that it's closer to most places.
Nice place but the lighting in the room is sparse, especially in the bathroom. If you want to take a shower, the only way to see anything is to turn on the heat lamp.
I requested a crib, was told to wait, then told it was in the room—but it had no sheets. I called the front desk, no answer, so I had to go down myself. The sheet they gave me was just a swaddle. Bathroom was small and dirty, and the shower water was cold unless you let it run for 10+ minutes. The beds were sunken in and uncomfortable. The TV remote didn’t work. Parking lot was full, and I was told to park two blocks away. At breakfast, staff said they don’t restock items. Definitely dont waste your money here.
We verbleven hier afgelopen nacht in het 2100 kamernummer lodgebuilding. Wat een teleurstelling. We snappen de prijs vanwege het overhypte plaatsje Jackson. Maar dit gebouw staat op instorten. Elke stap die het( grote?) gezin zette op de 2e verdieping boven ons hoorden we en de vloer kraakte en piepte alsof ze door de vloer zakten, vreselijk zo gehorig, we sliepen slecht hierdoor en moesten onze plannen voor de dag aanpassen omdat we niet fit waren. Endroit idéal pour visiter la ville, parking compris et facile d’accès. Mais pas d’ascenseur donc compliqué pour monter des valises. Petit déjeuner correct
