Ruined my jacket.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service I received at this establishment. A few months ago, I brought in a jacket for what I assumed would be a standard cleaning. What I got in return was a masterclass in modern art, complete with a unique, abstract stain that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Upon my return to this incredible business, I was told there was nothing that could be done about the new addition to my wardrobe because it's been over 30 days. What a brilliant policy! I had no idea that the laundry party was closed on Fridays. I turned in my clothes on Thursday. I was told they might be there on monday but not till 3:30 and they close at 4. Not ready till Tuesday. Blah. I hope they get my clothes right, I never got the text or email I was promised once they got scammed in. Bets to hoping!!!
