Absolutely horrible customer service. 1st) I paid off my bill & I kept getting harassed by the billing dept that I still had another payment due. The woman didn't mark my last payment down. I had to have my insurance company call them to prove I paid them (I had bank statements). 2nd) Their "policy" is to order custom devices that can't be returned and they don't know if insurance will cover them or not.
