Appointments are never on time, they’ve lost my chart. They called me by the wrong name and told me to come on in and then called me 30 minutes later and asked if I was in the parking lot. Go somewhere else If you’re able to.
I came here after a doctor recommendation to get checked for some potential problems and instead I didn’t get checked at all because Dr. Henderson didn’t care at all about any symptoms or how I was feeling. On top of that, she was extremely rude. I told her everything and all she asked was if I needed a birth control refill and then told me to leave.
RecommendedDr. Hamilton is such a great doctor. an i will forever go to him. also all the workers are very sweet an always goes above an beyond for the patients.

Y’all should make allowances for minor children and a parent for appointments. My child was scheduled for an vaginal ultrasound with follow up with Dr Holt to check her ovaries. I understand with everything going that you have to limit people in the office. I do not think you should expect a parent to sit in a car while their child is being seen. Dr. Hamilton is the best doctor out there in my opinion he explains everything to me and when I had my son with him he made sure I wasn’t in pain and was there the whole time!
Dr. Hamilton is amazing! Hes always patient & thorough answering questions! I never have to wait long before being seen!
I came here for my very first exam when I was 22 (This was 2015). I had to sit there for the entire appointment to be insulted over and over again, and not listening to any concerns or questions I had. My first experience was highly uncomfortable and made me feel like crap!! I'm glad they don't take my new insurance. I'm noticing that this hasn't even remotely changed by reading other's reviews.
These people are horribly rude, and don’t care about patients at all.
