Nope, 1st impressions are everything. If you can't even answer a phone without being a witch, I won't give you my business. Someone really needs to teach customer service to the rude nasty lady that answers the phone.
I have to brag on Ben Yates. He is such caring and patient veterinarian. I wouldn't take my pets to anyone but him or his brother Jeremy Yates. Highly recommend both of them!!
I've been taking my dog Susie to EAH since I first got her and have always been very happy with the service I've received. The doctors and assistants are always kind and gentle with Susie and treat her with loving care. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
These people are so awesome and passionate for you and your pet. With a total of 7 pets they take so much care and they are so professional. Thanks for the whole staff.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors..We've been going here for routine care for years, you never feel rushed and the prices are extremely fair.
This is the ONLY place I would ever take my furbsbies. Dr. Bailey is the best!! He is very compassionate, caring a has a genuine concern for my babies when I bring them in. Been going there for over 20 years. Thank you Dr. Bailey an EAH!!
