RecommendedDr. Yates is the best vet anywhere close. We drive from Mt. Washington to see him after a few trips to others that are closer with less than pleasant experiences.
I want to give a big shout out to the Elizabethtown Animal Hospital who quickly got my kitties in. Doctor Jeremy Yates was extremely polite and very professional. And was able to see both kitties for a very reasonable price.Staff was attentive and on time and even though we were a walk in and said it could be a hour we were in and out in 30 mins. I am very please with them and also it was very clean and nice outside and inside
While I will always recommend EAH for the service that they have given my animals over the years, I was highly disappointed in a phone call I had with a receptionist the other day. My large dog had a seizure for the first time ever. While I knew they couldn’t give medical advice over the phone I did call to ask if there was something I could do during the seizure. They went above and beyond for our 9 month old Dalmatian. He got neutered, shots up to date and nail trimming. They made him feel so comfortable...he didn’t even look back when I dropped him off. The price is outstanding compared to others. You can tell they truly care about animals!!!

We called several vets in the area all turned us away Dr. Bailey and his staff are wonderful. They took good care of my Sophie girl, she had a rough start in life, had they not seen her the first time we brought her in she would have died that day. The front desk people were very attentive and saw that my husband was anxious and got Sophie in immediately. Dr. Bailey knew right away what was wrong and made her better 🥰. They have our business for life. I will never take Sophie anywhere else. Thank you all so much!!
EAH will always be my number one choice. I’ve been bringing animals here since I was a kid with my parents. Sadly a few weeks ago I brought my puppy in and given his circumstances he had to be put down. Let me tell you though, the staff was absolutely amazing,. They were attentive, empathetic, supportive and so very kind. Dr. Barnard was great he was honest and caring. I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else.
took scruffy in Monday cause he had been sick al weekend. dr banard was great as was the rest of the staff..as always. scruffy had to stay for IV fluids and medicine but came home late Monday afternoon. he is so much better..back to being his usual loving self. thank you guys!!!
