Poor Customer Service – I ordered a cake over the phone (I live in Austin) for my mother's 50th birthday. It was a very simple order: italian cream cake, 2 square tiers, no decorations. I arrived to pick up my cake and it was wrong, they had put a square tier on top of a round tier the same size. It looked terrible, the corners of the square were hanging off the edge of the round tier.
