The nurse started to visit and she was so friendly, interested and thorough I knew the visit was going to go well. Dr Yu and I went over my medical history including all of my joint replacements. She was well informed about my extensive back problems, reviewed the x-rays with me, and gave me the options. She made sure that I understood that whatever my decision was would be accepted and that the door was always open for me to come in again as needed.
Spectacular, stellar, wonderful. Erin is so caring and competent—the best.
