I have used EWBC for years and have never had a bad experience. That changed when I called the Webster office to confirm my mammogram and breast ultrasound appointment. I wanted to know if I could skip the mammogram for now and just do the ultrasound, which is necessary per genetic testing results, as mammos will not pick up all potential malignancies in my tissue. I have been to this location twice now. When I was younger my first exam at another business was excruciatingly painful; I told them they were hurting me and the technician told me that I was a baby then she cranked the press 3 more times!! I got a huge bruise and I was in terrible pain for almost a week! I went from that business to my Dr and I said never again! But 3 doctors later and 15 or more years later I softened and gave in. They have fantastic services at EWBC and they have very caring and considerate woman that work for them. I have had bone cancer 4 times and had my right arm amputated. The technicians there are so gentle and caring with my injuries. I can’t say that about other places. They get you in and out in a timely manner unless you decide to wait for your results. But even then I am not waiting too long for the results. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good mammogram facility to go to EWBC in Webster.
