Do not have enough history yet to leave a full 5. So far a good office & good experience. They have several doctors, female and male. So if you have an issue you want seen sooner they may be able to accomodate you with another practioner. Dr Wallace has proven quiet competent to date. They have valet parking if that is a stressor or walking can be a challenge.
She's knowledgeable and very personable. I always look forward to my appointments.
Dr. Wallace and staff are incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I accidently noted the wrong appointment for my visit and I felt that the staff were very understanding and accomodating regardless of my mistake—of which I am so very grateful. I felt instantly at ease during the small treatment recommended during my appointment as well. Dr. Wallace has a wonderful bedside manner and my treatment was fast and nearly painless. Have only seen Dr Wallace once so far but immediately decided to continue to see her long term. She was warm and personable and took the time to ensure I didn’t leave with any outstanding questions. Five days after the appointment, she herself called to touch base since she had started me on a new medication. Her knowledge and experience inspire confidence and her gentle, compassionate nature makes her an easy choice for a permanent dermatologist.
