Dr Brown is an engaging and intelligent person. She listens and asks questions and makes a decision. She explains the conservative attitude of the practice. They do not take certain action until the patient is ready. I appreciated that she set up a follow-up appointment. I see her again.
This was my first visit with Dr. Brown and so far, so good. She was very interactive with me on a matter through the patient portal. She also was proactive by sending in a prescription to the pharmacy because the weekend was approaching. Like I said, so far so good.
Dr. Brown has a very good report with patients. I walk away from my appointment feeling that she really listened to my concerns and get me an excellent feedback on how to proceed with my care. Thank you very much.
