Last month Dr. Le sent me a message that said: "you need to see 1. Hepatologist ( keep appt w Dr Vuppalanchi) , 2. Hematologist ( either IUMC or Chicago if you already had seen someone in Chicago)" When I tried to schedule with hematology they called her office and she told them she had recommended hepatology, not hematology. I tried emailing this month to ask why she told them that since her message clearly recommends both. This review is for the office staff, not the doctor. For 2 weeks now we have tried to get an appointment for my daughter. With Dr.Le's good reviews, we wanted to try to see her. We have received conflicting information several times about the way they schedule appointments. The first person gave us the fax number to fax the referral over. Another told us it takes several days for the referral that was faxed over to show up in their system.
