Dr Brown is an engaging and intelligent person. She listens and asks questions and makes a decision. She explains the conservative attitude of the practice. They do not take certain action until the patient is ready. I appreciated that she set up a follow-up appointment. I see her again.
The docs and nurses are caring, prompt and smart but if you need to communicate with the office outside of the patient portal, good luck.
