I am 24 years old and am in the process of looking for a primary care physician, as I am not able to see my pediatrician anymore. I usually go to Cleveland Clinic, but I am just looking to see different options and have been to University Hospitals before, so that is where I found Dr. Ranasinghe. Would not recommend this doctor , she doesn’t work with you and very unaccommodating
My daughter and I have been seen by this doctor 20+ years. She and her office staff are kind and caring. I feel comfortable discussing everything with them. I know for sure she has our best interest at heart!
I like the doctor but the office staff has always been difficult for me. One refused to give me my bloodwork bc of health insurance reasons. I wish she would of just called the insurance company in a polite manner (like I did) and find out the blood work procedure was accepted. The nurse was so rude to me, she just automatically assumed I wasn’t covered and went above the doctors call and said she refused to take my blood. Instead she gave me a script to go get it done another time when insurance would cover it. But she just... read more
